Try wwwbigtoy.com. This is the Historical Const. Equipment Assoc. website. They have an "archivist" that might be able to help. Good luck.

Dave, Never have seen a Bucyrus-Erie Dozer, but they did build dozer blade attachments for other tractors. Cletrac and I believe International had this option of blades. There may be other tractor companies that used them also. If you find out likewise that B-E did build a dozer, I would be interested to know this!!! Balderson also built blades and frames for dozers. Cat used a lot of these for pipeline and drilling location work. Most were straight blades with tilt, no angle. Were narrow and easy to haul without removing to run on to low-boy with out permits. Let us know what you find out.

I don't think B-E built a dozer. IH used their blades on many crawlers. I have a 4R D6 with a Hydraulic straight blade mfg by LaPlant Choate

Bucyrus Erie did make dozers and scrapers. I have a B.E. scraper, behind an IHC TD18 and know of an IHC model TD 35 or 40 with a B. E Dozer.
