Your undercarriage wear percentage is based on a number of things. It is based on the amount of wear your undercarriage has compared to all brand new components. Chain stretch, bushing wear, internal pin wear, roller wear, idler wear, sprocket condition, pad condition, and rail height all factor into estimating undercarriage percentage. The manual for your tractor (either owners or service) should give the original dimentions and wear tolerances for each part. Each machine is different, as are the specs. for original equipment compared to aftermarket replacements. If you have access to a track shop in your area ask them for the dimentions they probably won't find what you need on a computer, but if they have any old books the olivers should be listed. A tractor with new chains and pads can still be classified as 60% undercarriage because of the condition of the other components using Cat or Deere formulas. Hope this helps
