Hi, Campro, the answer is yes, especialy with an "educated" dozer, [six way]. You can't compete with a grader, but if a dozer is all you have.....If you are familiar with grader operation, do the same thing with the dozer, build a windrow of material, in your case, from the shoulders and work it to the center of the grade, filling and cutting where needed, and remember, for leveling, always have material in front of the blade, you cannot level with an empty blade! If your talent goes far enough, the rocks will be no problem, spread the material thinner than the size of the rocks you want to get rid of, then just feather them off along the side on the last pass. Back blading in stoney ground is not an option, go slow, for controle. Hope this helps, have a gooder, R.E.L.
