The bucket tilt cylinder started leaking and I purchased a pack kit from the New Holland Dealer and got 4 O rings for $55 dollars.
When disassembled I discovered the end of the tube is rusty and pitted. I surmised the rust and pits would damage the new O rings. I used 400 grit and a Dremel to polish as best I could.
I am not very impressed with the wire keeper that holds the gland nut in place. I don't think a good system. The end of the tube is exposed to dirt and water.
At any rate, I did damage the new O rings on reassembly and the sucker leaked like a sieve. Second try I doubled up the gland nut sealing rings with the old ones and used a wooden block to drive the gland home. So far no leaks, but I am very skeptical that it will hold. I see no easy way to fix. All the loader cylinders use the same keeper system, must be a Ford "exclusive". This is supposed to be an Industrial grad TLB. It is 1979 model. I hope I am not alone with this problem.
