Never seen or heard of a D1. My belief is that it is either a toy someone has put together, or something bought, repainted, and displayed as a marketing or advertising ploy for a company. Otherwise, search me.

I have seen two of these "D-1" Crawlers. One on a trailer on the PA Turnpike, and one when I was in Maine last. I am curious too. If they are out there...I want one!!
