Should I grab it since I have a lowboy picking up the backhoe or shold I leave it.

I do not own a 17 / I have 2 other ac crawlers a HD10 & HD20 I do have service manuals for both and the 20's covers the 17 - I think the 10 is a bit weak but the 20 is great - it has a converter
that makes it a lot nicer to work with - the 10 is just straight clutch and geared to high for me. I would certainly grab the unit if it were up to me !!! DOES NOT seem that to many people out there like / use the old AC iron ??? Hard to find much info on them !!! Let me know what you decide !! Hope my response is not to late !!

Just checking to see if you picked up the 17 ?? Have not heard anything - Hope you took it !! I paid $2500 for my HD10 with a set of 12' heavy duty drag trash disks - & - I paid $4000 for the HD20 which runs great. FYI
