Got a question I hope someone can help me with. I have a 955-H Cat Track Loader. It has pedal steering and the pedals are going too far down for the steering to work properly. Is this something that can be adjusted? Don't have a clue where to find a service manual for it. Should a Cat dealer have one? Thanks in advance.

Hi Jim, at the back of the machine look for two covers, held on with three bolts, center raised about 3", may have a vent on them.(on top of the brake & steering clutch)Remove covers, find a 9/16" hex, wind up tight then back off 1&1/2 turns, Should click every flat(60 deg.)
That should take care of it.
