I have either an HG or OC3 Crawler (or combination of both) with an IXK3 Hecules Engine and am trying to remove the front lower pulley from the crankshaft for replacement. The pulley seems to be shot! I've removed the outer vibration dampener from the pulley and the pulley seems to spin freely from the center hub/hand crank assembly. It looks like I need to remove this center assembly and then slide the pulley towards the back to remove. How is the best way to accomplish this? Also, I need a replacement pulley .... anybody got one for sale? Also, looking for the shaft and assembly to connect my front mounted hydraulic pump to this pulley assembly.

I have pulled the motor and removed the crank and than put the crank in the press. You could remove the radiator and cut the crank off the shaft. (be carefull and you will probably screw up your front seal) I have a couple of fron drive pullies if you get it off or call Landis @717 738 2573 and he would have new replacement pullies.
