What Hp does this cat have???? and what gauge is it?

Horsepower varies by year but I think it should be around 90 HP. It will be a standard unit with a manual clutch and hopefully a shuttle. Usually a very tough old dozer. Just make sure the final drives and clutches are OK. As for size it is as big as you would want for landscaping but big enough to move some serious ground if its in good running order.

A D6 9U is supposed to weigh in at 16,000 dry weight with no attachments. When you add a cable unit, fuel and blade you'll start pushing 26,000. There will be some variations of this depending on the type of clutch and the cble unit you have - a 25 ccu is heavier than a 22 series. But the 26,000 figure will get you in neighborhood.
