A neighboring farmer asked me if I was interested in a International TD-9 crawler. The tracks and undercarriage are at least 50 to 60% and the rest of the sheet metal is perfect along with the gauges. I do not know the model year but it starts on gas and runs on diesel. The problem is: The head is off the engine and may be missing. The tractor has been shedded and covered for several years. There maybe an old head lying around the farm shop but it is probably cracked. What is the tractor worth? The tractor is located about 1 mile from me next to the wheat field. Thank you for your replys.

I have a TD-9 with a tooth bucket and was told it was worth $1500 without it running. I put approximately $5000 into rebuilding the motor. I have a spare head that has been checked OK if interested. I also have several other motor parts.

Theres a good head for sale in the photo ads for $450. If the rest of the parts to put the head back on are there, the tractor should be worth $750-$1000.

Find the head or a head that isn't cracked first, I've heard TD-9's were awful about cracking heads, likely you will spend more time and money looking for and purchasing a good head than the tractor costs.

i have given all kinds of prices 800-2000.00 but without any more info or pics i would say 800 give or take 500 on condition in my area.if you have time on your hands for a project you may go up alot more, alot of the price depends on you.i gave more for my pedal steer loader than i like to say,but i wanted to but the guy brought it to me running good.thats what i wanted aqt the time, so i paid for it!

Came across your post a followup on your International TD-9 tractors. What I am looking for is a colored good picture of one. A friend is
making a toy model of one and needs a good picture to follow. Would you know where on the internet I could find one, or do you haveone to e-mail me. Thanks!!
