My crawler has so much slack in the tracks there is no more adjustment, and the sprokets are very worn. Ihave been told, by building up the track runners with weld this will take out some of the slack. I,am not shoure what could be done with the sprokets,if they could be welded or peaces bent and welded or if possible replace them.

find a local rebuilder to estimate time and cost, otherwise I know all this may seem overwhelming. Have him explain in simple terms what will be done.
