hydraulic pump ?

I've got a mid 60's 350c with the blade on it. It has the 15gph pump on the front of the engine that's blowing oil through the shaft seal. It'll only do it when pressing the blade down and lifting the dozer. It's always leaked a bit but now it sprays. I put a kit in the pump and it blew the seal out again. The shaft is pretty worn (lots of play, going to put a mic on it today) but I'm wondering if I'm missing anything else. Return lines on the cylinders are new.

JD still sells the pump for $532(ouch, ain't this fun). The bushings are not a parts item, the manual says to replace the pump end plates (with the bushings in them). But these are no longer availble from JD.
