Dead cylinder on allis HD5g

Ok guys I need some help , I have an allis Hd5g 271 detriot in it had a dead hole # 2 cylinder .Changed fuel filters blew out all lines checked for a restriction none found . Changed injectors with reman ones dead hole . swaped injectors dead hole , checked fuel pump p.s.i ,swaped pumps from a different dozer still dead hole . Ok I thought burned valves so I had another head remaned new valves, guides ,Injector tubes ect. STILL DEAD HOLE !!! Injectors are timed at 1.484 and valves are set at .012 cold Head gasket looked good no leakage . Any Ideas ??? Thanks in advance Mark Anderson

Mark,
What is the compression? How much movement are you getting on the injector? Could have a bent pushrod or a flat cam lobe. How much fuel pressure?

could the air inlet holes in the sleeves be stopped up,I seem to remember reading something about them being troublesome.If you take off some air box cover you should be able to get a look at the rings too I think.
