Some of the grease fittings in my track roller cap screws are broken off on my JD 450 dozer. I have had difficulty removing the broken grease fittings. I would like to just replace the outside cap screws complete with new grease fittings. Can I do this one cap screw at a time without jacking up the side of the dozer or taking other precautions?

In other words if I just remove one outside track roller cap screw at a time and replace it with a new one, will I have any trouble with the track roller assembly moving around on me and preventing me from getting the replacement cap screw back in the hole?

If the above approach won't work, how should I do it?

Many thanks!
