Does anyone have experience with these machines.
I have read the motor is a D239 4 cyl.
Did the D239 come in 2 different models a so called "german design" has been mentioned. How do you tell them apart?

What is the relationship of Dresser to this machine?
Is it a Dresser or an IH?

The machine looks like a short 175B.

Thanks for any info

The D239 engine is the IH Neuss (German design) engine. It was used in the contsruction and ag lines both. The 125 was built by IH the bought by Dresser. Dresser has since been bought by Komatsu who still has the parts.

I am not very familiar with the engine.I have a 1972 150 IH track loader that has the IH D282.To find factory parts I have to go through the dresser dealer. According to my books the 150 is the same tractor as the TD-9. Hope this tiny shred helps.
