I have a IH 150 loader with several track pins frozen with rust.A 20 ton jack in a homemade press frame will move them on the tractor but after moving them several times this way, normal tractor operation will not move them at all. Any suggestions would be welcome.

You might try something called (I think, I threw out the empty can) "PT Blaster" from the auto parts store. I sprayed the stuff on some 3/4" bolts on my track frame, came back a week later and was able to move them.
