I have a JD 350, straight 350. With a Straight blade, I guess 4 way? I have it torn down, steering clutches ect. The front crossmember is welded on both sides where it attaches to the tracks. Right now, the welds are broken, and I would like to replace it. Would any 350 front crossmember work? And where could I pick one up? Any Ideas? I live in Ohio. Thanks!

Get a good welder and weld it again. You will proable have damage below the frames that the bolts attach to. This damage is very common and there are not many older John Deere crawlers that are not welded in this area. I have a 450B which was welded and cracked the track repair people ground off the old welds and re-welded.

I live in Johnstown. About 30 miles northeast of Columbus. The serial plate under the seat, beside the shifter is gone. All I have is the serial off the motor. Its just a straight 350. Straight blade, hydraulic up and down, manual left and right. Outside mounted blade. Went to a place up north here, awhile back, and they had one for $750.00! That kinda set me back a bit. I thought that was a bit steep. The guy didnt know if it would fit my dozer or not. He just said it was off a 350. Any help would be great!
Thanks.
