Hello, I am A serious AC crawler collector from Montana. Nice dry area here to find the clean rust free crawlers. Please let me know what you have and if you have any AC crawler literature or parts for sale. Thanks for your time, (406) 486-5462.

AC Collector; I cannot help you directly but maybe you could locate a few of the Allis-Chalmers employees near or around Milwaukee, Wis. in the West Allis area. There could be someone in there golden years who worked in the AC publications center. When I worked for a summer in Waukesha, Wis back in 1974 the CEO of the Waukesha Foundry was Dr. Little who previously had been a research engineer in the Allis-Chalmers Company who at the time was leading fuel cell researh for several years. It may be easier to cast out requests thru the internet for parts and manuals but you may also want to discover some personnel who made these very fine pieces of heavy equipment. Of course many of the original AC teammembers have most likely punched their ticktes. Good luck in your efforts for AC items.

I've got 3 AC Model M's, plus an Oliver OC-46 Loader, a Cletrac BD Dozer, a IH T-20, and a IH T-9 with a crane, but I don't know if that makes me a collector or an accumulator.

I'm in the Central Valley myself. The AC M's that I have don't run so I'm not using them for anything but a steel fence. One of them has a Baker Blade and a loose motor that I'm going to rebuild.
