i'm about to take apart the machine to free up steering clutches. is there any way to free them up (they are new) without taking it all apart? i have never worked on this before and may need a tip on what to look out for. help

Steering clutches can be adjusted under the floor panels if they are not froze up or totally adjusted out. If the machine does not pull under a load then the steering clutches need replaced. This is a huge job. I just finished doing mine.
