No, You do not have to remove the loader frame. You will have to support it though. When you take the truck frame off you will have to unbolt it from the rigid frame member and from the back of the aframe and outboard final drive shaft Losen all of the bolts and have supporting braces of sufficient size to hold up everything under both the truck frame and the aframe. Take off the idler. Make sure that you losen the Cap bolts on the truck frame that hold the outboard bearing cap in place. There are a number of shims, Keep the shims in the order that they come out and mark them per side. You then will jack the tractor up from underneath the cross frame and then the rear end. You will be high enough when the top of the bracket can barely clear the track spring housing. Then take and push the truck frame froward until you can rock it up and out or you can just walk the front end off the trackes and then do the otherside. Make sure everything is blocked, secured, level ground ect. Think safety the whole way all the time. No you will not have enough lift to get the loader frame off. The were dropped directly on top of the tractor when they were made at the factory. Let me know about the seals. PS buy CAT cement cheap and it works great, use it all the time for that type of repair for glueing the boots. Yes you have to gue the boots. It really makes a difference.
