Head gasket?

I have a 1983 D3B cat. I just pulled the screens off the side and notice a streak of oil starting at the head gasket all down the side of the engine. It was not there last oil change (60 hours ago). Machine is still running good, but I did not look in the oil or the radiator. I notice no white smoke out the exhaust. Could this be a blown head gasket? And can I just keep running the machine as is?

You could keep running it if it sounds good and there is no coolant blowing out of the rad. But if you have the time it might be good to change the head gasket now. They have a habit of blowing out between #2&3 cyls if you use a lot of starting fluid. If it is getting ready to blow out changing it first will save you having to get the head and block resurfaced(big expence).
