The right steering clutch slips ocasionally and needs to be adjusted. I got the cover off and the bolt loose but the collar is rusted and won't move. I left the bolt loose and soaked the collar with Kroil but it hasn't moved yet. Any ideas? TIA

Hi Jim, it's the "new" old one. I've got to stop digging brush/trees. The slippage is bad enough tonight so I have to back up to turn left. I have enough dug out to burn for two days, using the winch to pull it to the fire. Brushburning here in pollution-free MA ends 4/30, started 1/15. The edge of my hayfield will be straight next year, no more pointed windrows.
