I just bought this cat this week and the fuel injector pump assemblies are stuck up and will not operate. Has this happened to any one and what was done to correct the problem? Also the fuel pump is building no pressure on the fuel pressure gage, is this due to the same problem or is something else going on here also?
Thanks for the help.

The transfer pump feeds the injector pumps. The gauge is between the transfer pump and the injector pumps so I would say the problem is not related and you only have a fuel delivery problem. (This is a good thing)

A couple of thoughts. The cover easily comes off the transfer pump. Are the gears turning? Is the shutoff at the bottom of the fuel tank on? It is a fairly large filter cavity. The top comes off easy. Is it full of fuel? Is the bleed screw shut? The injector pumps - Is the linkage past the off detent that is at 1/4 to 1/3 total linkage travel? Good Luck
