Trying to find out what is wrong with a JD 450b w/ H-L-R. It pushes good forward but seems to be a slight lag in reverse when it gets hot though it still will move in reverse. Also it does not move unless you are at pretty much full throttle, is this normal? I would like to know the year, serial no. is 013132T. Would also like to know where to find pins and bushings for the sixway blade and rebuild kit for the t-handle for valve controls.

If it pushes strong in forward , but slips in reverse, then I would say you have either a clutch pack leaking or the shaft and manifold assembly that supplies oil to the clutch packs is worn and leaking...Both require disassembly of the transmission....It should move in both directions no matter what throttle position is...If it acts like it has a torque converter then there is a problem....as far as the T handle linkage is concerned , I would tend to think that that is a dealer only item...and the parts are quite expensive for what you can hold in your hand !!!
