Is the 9 Series D335 block the same as the D350?
I have a D350 in my 600 and the D335 in my 1950 TD9. I put a 370 I-H over bore in the 600 and would like to do the same for the TD9. I know you can put a D350 over bore in the D335 but I'm not sure you can put the D370 in the D335.

No the blocks are not the same. You can put the power boost kit in to the 335 and make it in to the 350. The 350 kit will not fit into the 335.

The UD350 was able to go to the 370 and that was a lot of horse for that small of a machine. That is when they went that big with the 282 that the -92 series came out and they changed the cut on the main bevel gear ect.

The very last 335 did share the same crank is the UD350 and a number of other parts were similar but after that they did diverge on the piston ect.

www.ibdozing.com has a lot of guys with TD9's there. the largest collection on the web.
