Chinese Dozer vs Used Dozer

I am considering purchasing a Chinese dozer(D326)because of price and PTO. On some of the message boards, it is said I would be better off to purchase a used dozer for the same money. Are there used tractors out there that have PTO's or is there a kit that can add one.

I currently have a Kubtoa L245DT that I have had on two wheels so it is important to have a tractor with a low center of gravity. My use would be to maintain logging roads and remove brush from pasture land using a hammer knife mower. Any help or comments would be appreciated.

I own a chinese machine, and I have other machines as well. D4, david brown 990, backhoe. I really like the little crawler for some things, like beating greasewood, no flats. It is pretty small but does a good job. It will push like no other for its small size. My biggest thing is the price. A person could could get a beautiful d4 and a nice used tractor for the same price. I do not regret having bought it as I have done things with it I could not have fit any other crawler into, and have the three point. I wouldnt steer anyone away from the chinese dozer, but I would caution you to build a good relation with whomever you purchase it through. You will need some parts. mine has held up good in the mechanical end, but I have had alot of simple problems. i.e gauges, wires, lights, throwout bearing. I wish you the best in your decision.
