I'm looking at a TD-9.
The serial # is: TDCB29763T7HB
Does anyone have a book that identifies the production year/age??

Also, the TD-9 has Bucyrus-Erie dozer blade with front mounted hydraulic pump. Does anyone know the weight with the blade, lift cyliners, etc.? Bare, i.e., without the blade and its cylinders, etc.??

Hello Tom, --- 15 / July / 2003 ---

Your International TD-9 (SERIAL NUMBER TDCB 29763T7HB) was made in 1948. SERIAL NUMBERs for 1948 was from 29512 to 32972. Engines used;

The TD-9 SERIES were made from 1940 to 1956;
T-9 (TCB) --- #335(G) 4 Cylinders TD-9 (TDCB) --- #335(D) 4 Cylinders

TD-9 / 91 --- #350(D) 4 Cylinders And were made from 1956 to 1959

TD-9 / 92 --- were made from 1959 to 1962.

TD-9B SERIES; -- Made from 1962 to 1974 TD-9BPS (Power Shift Crawler) Engine; #282(D) 6 Cylinders TD-9BG (Gear Crawler) Engine; #282 (DT - Diesel Turbo) 6 Cylinders

The year according to my book is 1949.
The weight according to my TD-9 diesel crawler
sales book, operating weight is 10711#'s for
44" gauge tracks and 11369 for 60" gauge tracks.
The shipping weight of the Bucyrus blade according to my bullgrader spec. sheet is 3850#'s for the 44"
and 4025 for the 60".
