I need some info. I installed new turning clutches and new turning brakes. I had the brake drums turned and new lining installed by an industrial company. The right turns and pulls back easy and turns nice, however the left side pulls harder and makes a loud popping noise. I have to keep tightening the brake drum bolt or it will quite turning to the left after you work it awhile. Help! Thank you, Jim in Oregon

I'm just speculating here but if you dont have the pressure plate finger height set all to the same height the lever will pull hard, a popping and continual adjustment of brake band sounds like you have some stripped threads somewhere.
