Hey Tim Crawler looks pretty good. I have one just like it. I was wondering about your trailer. What is the GVW rating. Are all 4 wheel fitted with brakes? Electric or surge? I have a 99' F250 with a 7.3 diesel and would like to tow my crawler I don't have the triler and would hate to buy one that couldn't do the job. I have a lot of hills in southeastern IN and southwestern OH.

Tim, I'm the one with pics of crawler & trailer. This trailer (in pic) is 6900-7000 lbs overloaded. The technical answer is you need a 3 axle 21K (8 lug) trailer. In my case, it is the same trailer frame with an extra axle. When my trailer was built, I could have got the extra axle for $700 more, did call back and ask, but they were building my trailer that day. I should have waited another 2 weeks and had another trailer built with three axles. Now I will install it myself. My trailer is a 14 K (can legally haul 9600-10K) and both axles have brakes. Wayne

1950. Value with bad undercarriage. Tough question. You did not elaborate on how well it runs, leaks, clutches, controls, tin, whether welded, etc, so..... Any where from $500-1200 for parts or rebuild challenge. Depends on who needs and wants it, and the condition of things mentioned in my paragraph # 1. I have one of these, just got it, but with good UC. Worth the investment into UC and keep it if you need it. Very strong crawler. But HEAVY. It is more weight than an old CAT D47U. Wayne
