Some said I could have a massey model MHF202 it's a 1963 I was told. It sat for two years out doors. They got it running and it runs fine but the clutch is stuck. It has a backhoe and bucket that all work. Anybody have a tip on freeing it up or do we have to split the tractor?

Going from your second post: You are going to have to adjust the clutch, and snug the pinch bolt real well so it doesn' slip on the shaft. If there is an inspection cover, I would spray some good rust penetrant on the throwout bearing and clutch levers to try to free them up some. If no inspection cover, remove starter and spray around the back of the flywheel hopefully some will get on the levers and throwout bearing areas.

Sorry but the trouble is we can't push down the clutch pedal it slips on the shaft. I was told it was hard to push down when it was parked and now you can't move it HELP

Take off the starter, and tie down the clutch pedal (fully disengaged). Heat the blade of an old kitchen knife, and bend it 90 degrees, about 1 1/2 inches from the tip. Working through the starter hole, work the blade in between the flywheel and clutch disk, and once its all the way in, rock the handle side to side to loosen plate. Continue this around the clutch disk, and at some point it will pop loose.

sometimes boiling hot water, poured down an inspection plate on the bellhousing, will loosen it. Putting soap in the water works okay also, if plain boiling water doesnt work first time. If the bellhousing has no inspection plate, take the starter off & pour in that hole. Then go up a steep grade & work the clutch. Worked in every case I know of, but not just hot water, boiling water.
