I am new to the world of crawlwers, and know very little about them. The question I have is this. Is there a brand of crawlers called Tera-trac? I don't know if that is the correct spelling, but it is a company that was bought out by Case in the 1950's, so I'm told. I'm wondering if parts are still available for these machines. I have the opportunity to buy one with a loader and bucket and blade to mount on it. However, the motor was overheated when it was used last. I don't know what that is going to entail. Thanks for any info. you may have.

Most parts are available. Many are generic, the transaxle is a Clark (same as in a Cletrac HG or OC3)and engine is a Continental.

Hi, Aaron. Yes, there was a brand called Terratrac which was bought out by Case in about 1957 and there is a fairly active group at Yahoo Groups. You can view some of the stuff there without joining but you have to register to post anything. Don't worry. It's free. These were apparently quite good little crawlers. I have never had anything to do with them but a couple of people I've spoken to over the years have spoken quite highly of them. Hope this helps. You have a wonderful day. Best wishes. Deas Plant.
