The 450 engine has nothing in common with the 2010 although they both use the same HL-R transmission. The injection pumps (Roosa Master JDB) share some parts but are not identical.

the 2010 has a french motor turns opposite direction than 450 injector parts probaly wont work because of the different direction the 1010 has the french motor to.

What do you mean "french" motor, I have never heard that term before in reference to the 1010/2010. The 1010 and 2010 engines were made in Dubuque Iowa. Lavoy

I've been working on 1010s and 2010 since they were new - and I've never come across one with a "French" motor? What the heck to you have and what, in your determination, makes it a "French" motor? I've worked on several ag. tractors that had French built motors from Saran, France, and I've seen some late model crawlers with, (I think) Saran motors, but every 1010 or 2010 I've ever seen was manufactured in Dubuque, Iowa. I have a 1010 and a 350 and both the motors turn the same direction. I believe that is also the case with the 2010 and the 450.

these are gray market machines, shipped over from Europe. Motor made in France, transmis. in Germany, cab in England, etc. They started shipping them to East coast ports about 10 years ago. Also Ford & MF tractors, JD backhoes, etc. He calls it a French motor because the tag on the engine says "made in france".
