First question: Can anyone tell me where is a good place to get brake pads for an International Crawler 500C? Second question: Can you replace just the pads or do you have to replace the entire brake band?

We take them to a local HD truck brake shop. If they were originally riveted, I suggest having them bonded as well as rivited. I have had those that were only rivited come off after a while. If you can't find anyone who can do it we can have them done for you. It can be quite pricey too. Just had 2 relined for a TD15 IH, cost over $200.
