I posted this before, but said it was Gas, it is ,of course, Diesel with electric 24volt start. Could you guys possibly help me, I normally post on the AC board and implement board, My Dad is not doing well, and probably will not be able to run his D6 anymore and may be interested in selling it.. we would like to know what the possilbe value would be for it.. Its a D6 electric start, new batteries, and good tracks. its been a farm dozer for the last 15+ years, also has a tree pusher attachment that goes on the blade, not a 6 way blade. I believe the Serial Number is 9H3707-S or it is 44A6714 series B.. any idea of the year and possible value even horsepower would be appreciated. we are in Central MO, thinking of moving it up to Kansas City, possilby get a better price.. thanks

Thanks guys, Its a manual shift, straight blade with factory ROPS, not a hydrolic tilt, it does have a custom tree pusher installed, but not sure if thats worth any more or not, has been serviced by cat, new waterpump recently but not sure if the hour meter is really working. I will check out the site as well.. thanks

JOEinMO, Brokenwrench is right and that’s good advice. You can also go over to Ritchie Bros. Web set and check there past sales of equipment same as yours, that should give you a good Idea what has been selling where and for how much. Hope this helps.

Could use a few more details. Manual shift or power shift, straight blade, angle blade, or straight with hydraulic tilt? Factory rops? Any service history and hours? All of this can make the difference between a $4000 dozer and a $9000-$10,000 dozer.
