My International 125E loader has 2600 Hrs on it, and runs great. Uses no oil, and does not smoke. My problem is that the machine is hard to start after being stopped while at running temperature. It starts fine on cold start when the engine is cold, and restarts fine immediately after stopping useing the cold start position, but is slow to start after sitting while at running temperature. I must use the cold start, even when the engine has warmed up. The motor has a Rober Bosch fuel injector. I have replaced the fuel filters, and have good fuel flow with clean fuel.

Next time you have it warm stop the engine by stalling it,see how it starts then,if it starts without the cold start position been selected it could be possible that the rack is staying in the stop position and does not release till you press the cold start, has the pump its own oil or is it oiled from the engine,if it has its own check the level, you could take the plate from the side and squirt some oil onto the rack. Good Luck AJ
