Buddy has a TD-20 IHC dozer and manual. Blade will not lift or lifts very slowly. Manual states to clean filter if vacuum gauge is high, but where is the filter? Manual shows dip stick, but not filter, lines, or front pumps for blade. Thanks, Roger

Hi, it's an old tractor? I worked on a 201 serie, and the pump is in the front bolster. The filter is in the bottom of the front bolster, on the left side. It's a screen. Remove and clean with solvant. Bernard le mécano Québec Canada
