Trying to fix a friends 450b. It has worn and elongated the hole on the frame where the angle cylinder mounts. It has the 6405 6 way blade. The bushing was replaced according to the service records and is still in there. There is about 1/8 inch clearance between the pin and bushing. Any repair suggestions appreciated! I am a novice at dozers. It was hard to find a 450 with turbo, winch, power steering and 6 way blade he could afford, so its a fixer. Also i think it has dry cluches how can i tell? Help!

on a Deere, open plates under your legs that are on top of the clutches. Oil means they run in oil unless they are dry clutches and leaking across the seal. I have a 6 way blade for that machine for $400.00 in west virginia if you have a need.

Hello Bob, Thanks for the reply. I would be interested in a good blade. I'm also looking for a good straight fuel tank. One of the later ones with a drain in the bottom. Please post a follow up with contact info and this time I'll get a copy of it.
