If you are in the Henderson area, there is a track press shop on HWY 64. I believe that the name of the shop is R.T. Smith. Also, HOLT (Cat) in Longview and Future Equipment (Case) in Tyler have track press capabilities. Hope this helps.

I don't know where you are but I known where east Texas is and there are at least a dozen places in either Houston or Dallas that rework track. You need to do some checking with local construction people. Good luck.

Most tracks have a master link. Some Cat. have bolts and JD master pin is indented, but you must look very close to find them. They can be driven out with a 20lb sledge hammer, and a smaller pin with a small rod welded to it for a handle so you won't hit your hand, and wear heavy gloves to protect from vibration. Have the pins about the same place just in front of idler, so you can lay the track down and drive off onto two 20ft pieces of channel iron, lips up, on good ground. Roll tracks up and take them to most any track shop. You will feel like John Henry just doing this. Good luck and do be careful, as this job could be hazardous to your well being.

Our local junk man has one to take apart junk tracks. Junk 3 ft. long or shorter pays a better price & this saves acethylene

...theres more involved than just being able to push the pins out...maybe ask any local construction companies who they deal with...sometimes there is a mobile track press company or one man show that doesn't need to advertise...
