I don't know what crawler you're wanting to load, but I put 4 'bogey' axles beneath a D2 I obtained and loaded it using those axles. I jacked and blocked the D2 off the ground sufficient to allow me to slip the trailer-house style axles beneath the tracks and then mounted the tires. I staggered the 4 axles such that two wheels on one side were closest to the tracks and did the same thing on the other side with the other two axles. I chained the 4 axles tight to the tracks, so that when it got to the trailer ramps, only the four tires close to the tracks were carrying the weight and the 'outside' tires were unsupported in the air. It rolled and loaded like a dream. I was careful to always be pulling the "dollied" D2 slightly up hill, since there were no brakes. When I got it on the trailer, I blocked the crawler frame to the trailer floor and then snugged everything tight. Did the reverse to off load it. I haven't gotten into disassembling it yet to determine if the tracks are even stuck----I just didn't want to risk damaging anything internally on this tractor that had been sitting outside for ????? ?? years.

Possibly a dumb question on my part, but are you sure it is the tracks. I know on the small Deere crawler that I mess with, frequently it is the brake band that has rusted to the drum. Usually I blow the adjusting bolt on the brake band with a torch, or sometimes you can pull the pinion gear out of the final, although you loose all steering and brake control by doing this. It seems I have never been fortunate enough to find a crawler with tight enough pins and bushings to ever rust up. Lavoy

the only sure way is to push the pins out and then put them back in. if you use to much force you can bust a lot of stuff like final drives seen that 2 times, bust the front idler or yoke or track adjuster hyd. or manual.a lot of force is not the answer

Here is something else you can try. Chain it up tight to something so it won't move. Jack up one side at a time and bring a cable or chain over the top and back underneath-the closer you can get to the front idler the better. Attach by what ever method you can to the track/track chain---if you can get a grouser off that will help. Either pull with another tractor or a winch. As you put tension on it hammer the pins. Keep soaking and hammering--and as already said---good luck. As a last resort break the tracks and take them off--it wont hurt to take it home without shoes on ;)

Chain onto the track pad, not the machine and pull. One time I hammered on the pins with a big jackhammer with a blunt bit on it. It is a major workout but seems to break the rust loose.
