Please educate me on the advantages of a grader that has leaning wheels. Don't see on newer graders, or do I? Thanks

They still have lean wheel Joel. It's to hold against the side thrust when you are cutting with the blade on an angle. It also helps you steer in close quarters. Later Bob

Joel, if you are interested email me and I will send you some pic of the lean wheel, axle side shift, and drawbar control on an old tractor drawn grader with power control. Later Bob

Bob, my power unit is anywhere from 2 to 4 Norwegian fjord horses. I would love to get a horse drawn grader but everyone is very proud of them. So I'm thinking about making one to fit the 1T chevy chassis I converted to auto steer so I can pull it with the horses. Still need to hook up the brakes. It has a long wheelbase So plenty of room to stick a blade under it as soon as I figure it out.
