I have found a TD9 ser#TDCB-8889T11N with engine#UD350M-1149. It also has a aftermarket blade made by "ATECO" American Tractor Equipment Corp. out of Oakland CA ser#RH-TD9-3308. I have searched the net for sites that might have production #'s and year of manufacture according to ser #'s but have not been able to find any. Would anybody have such information or know of sites on the net that I could look at? Thanks in advance for any replies. P.S. This is a neat forum to have found within the last couple of days.

I may be able to help you with the Ateco blade, as long as you can get the Ateco serial number.

Your crawler is 1940 if my book is right? And the engine is out of a power unit (UD) tells us that.

I don't know of any place on the internet for TD-9 info like that. But in response to the same question asked directly of Guy Fay, an author who writes about the history of IH, I got the following response.

I can say from my own experience that the engine in your tractor is from a International UD-350 stationary power unit, not the original engine.
