i am having probs with the steering,it dose'nt want to turn when its cold,once it warms up it works fine.have tryed adjusting the steering valve,but not sure what i am doing,any help would be graet thanx

basic test for steering: pull both levers back in fwd, machine should stop. let one off, machine should move. pullit back again it should stop. do the other lever the same way. this tells you if steering cluthes are driving. if both drive, then problem is the brake is not holding, brake must lock up allowing the opposite sideto drive dozer around turn. loose brakes are much the most common problem, must be adjusted thru a cover on top of the steering cluth compartment

Check the steering pump mounted on the left side of the converter housing. Its a small alumium pump with 2 steel lines on it. Also check the suction side fittings on the pump, in the past I have found them to come loose & suck air when they are cold, once it heats up it seals itself off.

HI I AM IN A VERY BIG TROUBLE DUE TO SOME FAULT IN THE TORQUE OF MACHINE FIAT 16B BECAUSE THE MACHINE IS NOT GAING IT'S FULL POWER UNDER LOAD SO IF U KINDLY GIVE ME THE 1.OPERATORS MANUAL 2.PARTS MANUAL 3. WORK SHOP MANUAL .I WILL BUY ALL THESE BOOKS PLEASE IF U KINDLY SEND ME AN EMAIL ABOUT THE PURCHASE OF THOSE BOOKS I WILL BE VERY GREAT FULL TO U .
