I put new steering clutches,& brakes on my 350 JD. I have about 16 hours on it since installation. The right side works good all the time, however the left side after pushing for about 2 hours doesn't want to turn left. You can pull the stick back all the way and the left side doesn't seem to lock up completely. The track keeps moving some. Jim

Open the cover on the clutch housings and see if there is any oil in the housings. The final drive seal can be damaged very easily when installing the pinion shaft. I experianced this on a 450b. I had to pull the final drive housing and install the seal and align the pinion to the clutch and the final drive gears. It has worked perfectly since. Before the symptoms were as you described on your machine.
