I have the chance to get a td9 bucket loader and a parts machine with a blade. Where can I find out the specs on these machines. Value? Is there a web site dedicated to these international TD crawlers? Thanks

If it is one of the original td9s, I have a manual that tells just about anything you would ever want to know, feel free to ask.

go to serial numbers in reaserch and info box on left column side of this site and look up your serial no. A main consideration is what series is the machine. It could be a old plain td9 with a four cyl that starts on gas and changes over to diesel or a 91 or 92 series or the most modern series I know of the B series. I happen to have a 92 series with a 282 cu in 6 cyl with a turbo. Mine has 1 shifting lever going into the trans and it has 2 reverse gears and 4 four forward gears. There is a forward gear opposite each of the reverse gears, so you can use the shifter like a shuttle shifter, but you still have to use the hand clutch. There are some pictures of various td9s here on ytmag. Yoiu may not know it but undercarriage parts are not easy to find.

Your are on the best site. Another one would be www.ibdozing.com.
