Hey Paul, we just did this on a little Deere loader for a friend of ours. The way we did it was to put a length of heavy I-beam under the bucket. We then chained the ends of the beam to either end of the bucket and used a healthy jack in the middle, along with a generous application of heat, to push it back into shape. Make sure as you push it up that you go beyond where you need to be before you quit because after you let the pressure off and it cools it will spring back down some. Depending on how bad of shape the welds are you will probably also want to reweld any cracks/broken joints, and even add an extra piece to help stiffen it some. Hope this helps and works for you if you decide to try it. Wayne
