You can buy the bearings from almost any bearing dealer or wholesaler. They're just plain-old adjustable cone bearings and races. As for the clutch disks and steel plates, as I recall, they're made by Twin Disk Company. I don't know if you're going to buy them anywhere cheaper then through John Deere though. When I worked as a Deere mechanic, the best bearing buys were right through Deere, but maybe things have changed. When putting your reverser back together, make sure the main-shaft bearing endplay is done with a dial indicator. It's critical, and just about impossible to adjust by "feel." Also, make sure the oil orifice is clear in the powershaft.

Thanks JDE...As you have helped me in my decision to tear it down instead of just replacing the seal..I have about 4 friction discs to replace and five seperator plates to replace,the seperator plates look like they got pretty hot as they are blued in color,..thanks once again Wing
