I have the cover off, the connector assemby unbolted and the grease fitting out, how do you drive out the hand clutch release shaft that operates the release fork on the clutch? It seems that there is not enough room on either side of the frame unless I remove the body somehow (lots o work). Anybody replaced a clutch in a TD6 (or TD9) before? Thanks for your help in advance!

rick, i do it on my older td-9s. there are bolts on the cutch fork you have to remove plus the keys on the shaft where the fork is. then remove the clutch handle by looseing the bolt and spreding it with a chisel. then use a jack all and lift the passenger track and now use a smaller shaft and tap the shaft out from the driver's side. we can post pictures at redpower so join us there Link thanks

From memory,I think there's a hole for the shaft to exit thru in the side panel.Watch those woodruff keys when you re-install shaft....don't lose them...you have to watch them as shaft re-inserts.
