OC3 is, more-or-less no different from a late HG. An auxillary transmission kit was offered for it by Oliver (uses a Ford Model A 3 speed trans). I've got one in mine. Without it the machine is too fast for anything other than row-crop farm work. OC-4 was available with gas or diesel slightly more powerful than the OC3/HG and could be bought with a reverser or an aux. trans. It uses a 4 speed trans. instead of the Clark 3 speed the OC3/HG uses. The 0C-4 aux. trans. is different than what the OC3 used. The OC-4 has a top ground speed of 1.5 m.p.h. in first gear. If it has an aux. trans. top speed in first-low is .8 m.p.h. An OC3/HG has a top speed of 2 m.p.h. in first gear, and if it has an aux. trans. top speed in 1st-low is .64 m.p.h.
