I have a 4500 now and im looking at a 7500, looks like a lot stronger machine, better for graiding. Is there anything I need to look ? were there any weak areas with this older machine.

Backhoe swing cylinders and linkage get very sloppy in short order. Only way to fix is all new parts, very expensive. If you don't mind about 4 feet of slop with the boom and stick extended and you just want it for the loader it's a sturdy tractor.

And I will bet two pints of diesel, that it won't work on soft ground as well as the 4500 Ford. alvinnms

Have to agree with that---they are heavy machines and don't do real well is soft stuff. They are not as stable as the 4500 either, that long boom and the high stance means you have to pay attention to what you are doing, especially if you have a load in the bucket. On the plus side---there is no comparison in digging force and power--plus the long reach makes trenching faster.
