D 21 komatsu steering

i have a D 21 A , its a grey market machine . i have a chatter when right side steering lever is pulled . sometimes it will hang up and load up the motor and almost stop pulling . it dosnt pull to either side . any body have any ideas ?

it steers good , right side chatters sometimes . big problem is sometimes it feel like park brake is set . machine will power through it but it cant be good for it .

im not sure the 2 are related . somthing is holding the machine . may not be the steering . sometimes it works just fine

My Mitsubishi lost it's main clutch fluid thru a cracked steering-booster pipe....stopped steering & made lotsa noise.Check where your steering booster's oil comes from.Just a thought...it may be something else.
